About Buddhism

Buddhism is the doctrine of love, compassion and wisdom of life.
It is the Teaching on how to solve and cope with various life situations and difficulties, so that they do not happen again. The Teaching provides various methods of combating the main negative emotions that cause severe experiences and suffering in life, as well as illness.
Arrogance, envy, attachment, laziness, greed and anger are in turn associated with many other negative emotions and states.
For example, a man who has overcome anger does not suffer from feelings of resentment and fear. These negative emotions are responsible for our poor health, all life problems, failures and illnesses.
At first glance it may be quite difficult to find faults in yourself and start working with them, but thanks to the methods and instructions left by the Masters of the past, it is still possible. The Line of Succession of Knowledge is respected in this Teaching!
